Advanced Turbine Oil Analysis

The Advanced Oil Analysis Test for Turbines evaluates the condition and performance of your turbine’s lubricating oil, detecting signs of degradation, contamination, or wear. This analysis helps prevent failures, improve energy efficiency, and extend turbine lifespan.

TRIBO 3, verifies lubricant’s viscosity, acidity (TAN), additives, % water, density, flash point, pour point, and other key factors for the proper functioning of your lubricant. With ICP-OES (Inductively Coupled Plasma – Optical Emission Spectrometry) analysis, up to 24 elemental metals are detected, measured in concentration down to particles smaller than 10 microns in size. With Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer (FT IR) test, the presence of oxidation, nitration, Soot, glycol, presence of water and fuels can be detected by abs / 0.1mm (absorbance units per 0.1 millimeter). In addition, TRIBO 3 has the RULER test, which allows testing and monitoring the level of antioxidant additives (oxidation inhibitors), extremely important to control the degradation of turbine oils.

Trust our Advanced Oil Analysis Test for Turbines to turn laboratory data into actionable decisions that enhance your systems’ reliability and efficiency.
